Student Grievances Redressal at SBS Group of Institution

At SBS Group of Institution, we understand that students may face certain issues during their academic journey and it is our top priority to provide a platform for the students to voice their concerns and address them in a timely and effective manner. Our Student Grievances Redressal system is designed to provide an accessible and efficient mechanism for students to raise their concerns and receive a fair and prompt resolution.

How to Raise a Grievance:

  1. Students can submit their grievances in writing directly to the concerned department .
  2. Students can also send an email  at studentgrievances@sbsgedu.in with  a clear subject line and detailed description of the issue.

Grievance Redressal Process:

  1. Once the complaint has been received, the department concerned will begin investigating the issue and provide a written response.
  2. If the student is not satisfied with the response, they may escalate the issue to the Dean of Students.
  3. If the student is still not satisfied with the resolution, they may approach the chairman for a final review.
